What if my order is not correct?
We are only human. Every so often mistakes happen and we will do our best to fix and correct any issues you may have. If you notice a mistake with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will promptly investigate it. Please make sure to include your order reference number when emailing customer service.
Do you accept returns?
NO RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED CUSTOM SHOES.
Due to the personalized nature of your TCG custom shoe, we cannot cancel or make any changes to the shoe once your order has been placed. All sales are final. If you are unsure of fit, then we suggest you first order a “Ready to Wear” Creuzot, Kaycee, or Ladera before customizing your own TCG for a fit test.
However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect.
All shoes purchased from Zappos or any other 3rd party retailer must be returned via the Zappos customer service or directly to the 3rd party retailers customer service.
We are happy to refund any items purchased directly from TCGlosangeles.com (excluding personalized shoes) purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original, unworn condition within 10 working days from receipt, shoe box must be free of any tape/shipping labels. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Return labels are not provided at this time. *Shipping fees are non-refundable*. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned back to the customers at their own cost. Please try-on over clean carpet to not mark the outsole. Hardwood and concrete floors can scratch and damage the outsole which will be rejected by our returns department. Exchange orders will be subject to shipping fees.
SALE (DISCOUNTED) ITEMS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT
REGULAR PRICED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM FOR REFUND, AFTER THE 10 DAYS STORE CREDIT FOR THE ITEM WILL BE ISSUED.
How do I return an order?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Return all parcels by UPS or registered mail with tracking within 10 working days from receipt for refund. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms.
